About the event
A mindful somatic yoga practice ending in grounding restorative poses in the lovely log-fire heated yurt at the Sussex Shala. After a light lunch, you are invited to reinvigorate yourself in the sauna or get cozy around a campfire. We will close the afternoon with a gentle sound bath back in the yurt. There is an on-site massage trailer if you fancy treating yourself to a massage during the long lunch or after the sound bath - please contact us for booking details.
